Order first, pay second
Placing an order does not charge you. We reply with payment instructions and a shipping quote, and the order is dispatched once payment clears. The stages are tracked on your account page and explained in account help.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders paid before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same business day. When your order ships you get an email with the carrier and the tracking number, and the same details appear on your account page.
Carriers, cut-off time, destinations served and typical transit times are operational details specific to your fulfilment setup — confirm them here before launch.
What to check on arrival
- The outer packaging. Note any crushing or damage before you open it, and photograph it if there is any.
- The seal. Each vial is sealed; a broken or lifted seal is a reason to stop and contact us.
- The lot number. Check the lot on the label against the published reports so you know which certificate covers what you received.
- The contents. Lyophilized material should be a dry cake or powder. Anything visibly wet, discoloured or collapsed is worth raising with us.
If something is wrong, tell us with your order reference and the lot number before using the material.
Storing what you receive
Material arrives lyophilized — freeze-dried to a dry solid — which is what makes it stable in transit. General practice for lyophilized peptide material is:
- Keep vials sealed and dry until you need them. Moisture is the main enemy of a lyophilized cake.
- Store cold and dark. Refrigeration suits short-term storage; freezing suits longer-term storage.
- Avoid repeated warming and cooling. Take out what you need rather than cycling the same vial in and out.
- Let a cold vial reach room temperature before opening, so moisture does not condense onto the contents.
- Once reconstituted, material is far less stable than the dry powder. Keep it cold and use it within a short window.
These are general handling practices, not a specification for any particular product. Your own protocol governs — and if you need a documented stability or storage specification for a specific lot, ask us.
