Accounts, orders and sign-in

How your account works, what each order status means, and what to do when you cannot get in.

You never set a password

There are no passwords on this site, so there is none to forget or leak. To sign in, enter your email on the account page and we send a six-digit code. Enter the code and you are in for 30 days on that browser.

Your account is created for you

You do not sign up separately. The first time you place an order, an account is created against the email address you used. Use that same address to sign in and you will see that order and every one after it.

This means the address on your order matters: a typo creates a separate account you cannot reach. If that happens, contact us with your order reference and we will correct it.

What each order status means

New
We have your order. Nothing is charged, and we have not yet sent payment instructions.
Invoiced
We have emailed you payment instructions and a shipping quote.
Paid
Your payment has cleared and the order is queued for dispatch.
Shipped
The order has left us. The dispatch email carries the carrier and tracking number where we have one.
Cancelled
The order will not be fulfilled and nothing is owed.

Payment never happens on this site

We do not take card numbers anywhere on this site, and no page here will ever ask for them. Placing an order is a commitment to buy, not a payment. If any page claiming to be us asks you for card details, it is not us — tell us.

Common problems

The code never arrived
Check spam, then confirm you are using the exact address from your order confirmation. We only send a code to an address that already has an order.
"No orders found for that address"
The address has no orders against it — usually a different address was used at checkout.
You are signed out unexpectedly
Sessions last 30 days and are per-browser. Clearing site data ends the session; just request a new code.
