1. Using this site

Everything sold here is supplied for laboratory research use only. It is not a drug, a supplement or a medical device. It is not for human or veterinary use, and not for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. By ordering you take responsibility for using the material lawfully, in an appropriate setting, under your own protocols.

Product pages, lab reports and the guides in Learn describe what was measured and how the site works. None of it is advice on what to do with the material.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older to order. You are asked to confirm this when you first visit, and again at checkout, where the confirmation is recorded against your order with the date and the exact wording you agreed to.

We may decline or cancel any order. Where an order is cancelled, nothing is owed.

3. Product information and lab reports

Reports published on this site are listed on the lab reports page and on each product page. A certificate describes one sample, tested on one date, by one laboratory. It is evidence about that sample — not a guarantee covering every vial in a lot, not a statement about storage after testing, and not an approval of any use.

Each report carries a source label, and where a document is a summary restating a result rather than a laboratory's original issued report it is labelled generated. You can ask us for the underlying laboratory document. Products with no report on file say so.

4. What this site stores

A factual description of data held today. It is not yet a privacy policy, and it makes no commitments about retention, deletion or sharing — those belong in the policy still being written.

• Orders — your name, email, phone, delivery address, what you ordered, any notes you add, your payment preference, and the eligibility confirmation with its timestamp.
• Accounts — created automatically on your first order and keyed to your email address, holding your name, your most recent address and your order references.
• Sign-in — there are no passwords. A one-time code is held in memory for 15 minutes and then discarded. Signing in sets a cookie that identifies you for 30 days.
• Discount codes — a code is stored against the email address it was issued to.
• Enquiries — wholesale enquiries are stored with the contact details you provide.
• In your browser — your cart and your eligibility confirmation are kept locally and are not sent to us.

No card or bank details are held anywhere on this site, because no page here ever asks for them. To see or correct what is held about you, contact us.

5. Ordering, payment and shipping

Placing an order does not charge you. It is a commitment to buy. We reply with payment instructions and a shipping quote, and the order is dispatched once payment clears. You can follow each stage on your account page, and the dispatch email carries the carrier and tracking number where we have one.

Destinations served, carriers, dispatch cut-off times and typical transit times are not yet stated here. Ask us before ordering if any of them matter to you.

6. Returns and refunds

A returns and refunds policy has not been published yet. Until it is, there is no stated policy to rely on — if something arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order reference and the lot number before using the material, and we will deal with it directly.
